What you do at ANC?
I’m lucky to work with both the Finance and Operations teams at ANC. I am a Collections Officer and an Associate for NSW and QLD Accounts Receivable. As part of the Operations team I work with our drivers and driver allocators to help manage any issues that arise during their day.
Favourite part of your job?
I enjoy the variety that working with two departments creates. At ANC everyone, right across the teams, respects the core values and makes you feel very welcome.
Interacting with our customers and drivers is my favourite part of the job. I enjoy getting to know more about them and experiencing all their different personalities. Its particularly good being able to give the drivers a helping hand.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I’m not working I really enjoy relaxing at home. I like learning new ways to do things and at the moment I am working on my handyman skills around the house. I also like to unwind by cooking and baking.
How do you help ANC deliver extraordinary experiences?
For me it means delivering a quality of service so high that consumer will always put ANC first on the list.
