Incident Reporting | Ancsafety

Incident Reporting

A Health and Safety incident is any unplanned event which occurs in the course of ANC work which could result in:

  • Dangerous occurrences which could have, but did not injure any person
  • Work illnesses
  • Physical injuries
  • Equipment plant or property damage
  • Exposure to hazardous substances or circumstances
  • Minor injuries
  • Uncontrolled fire and explosion
  • Any other incident that could put people or plant at risk – near miss

The Litmus test for reporting an incident is very simple. If you feel that an incident was potentially dangerous for any reason, then use Rapid Incident and report the event.
